Hi I am Hayley Higgs,

I am a Registered Massage Therapist located in St Thomas Ontario. I am a graduate of Westervelt College and Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I have a background in research and studied Psychology at the University of Toronto. I have a keen interest in furthering the knowledge of the exciting and enriching field of massage therapy.

I take a client-centered approach to massage therapy, ensuring clients receive an integrated approach to their well-being. I pride myself on a thorough Health History and Assessment and a clear understanding of the goals of my clients.

Therapeutic massage entails many types of massage techniques, I practice deep tissue massage. I have experience in treating many conditions including, but not limited to, carpal tunnel, strains, sprains, tendonitis, sciatica, irritable bowel, patellofemoral, TMJ dysfunction and migraines.
